Welcome to The Lifetree Hospital and Health Services. These Terms & Conditions govern use of our website and online payment services for workshops, events, and clinical appointments. By using our website or making a payment, you accept these terms.

1. Online Payments

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
  • By making a payment you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and authorised.
  • All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

2. Appointment Bookings

  • Online bookings are subject to confirmation by our clinic team. Confirmation may be sent by email or phone.
  • Please arrive on time. Late arrival may result in a shortened consultation or rescheduling.
  • The Lifetree Hospital reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments with prior notice.

3. Workshop & Event Registrations

  • Registrations are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • We may postpone, reschedule, or cancel events; registered participants will be notified and offered refunds or rescheduling options.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Appointments: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior may be eligible for rescheduling. No refunds for missed appointments.

Workshops/Events: Refunds permitted only if cancellation is made at least 72 hours prior to the event. No refunds for no-shows or late cancellations.

Where applicable, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Personal and payment information collected during registration and payments will be used for healthcare services, communications, and record-keeping, and handled in accordance with applicable laws and our privacy practices.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Lifetree Hospital and Health Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our online services. Medical advice given during consultations and events is based on individual assessment and is not a substitute for emergency care.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
